Project Manager

Possessing a Bachelor of Architecture degree from NYIT and an M.S. in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Rawan is an accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in the construction industry.

Rawan’s journey in construction commenced during her tenure at a Structural Engineering firm, where she increasingly immersed herself in the field. Her passion for managing construction sites crystallized during façade inspections. Eager to deepen her understanding of construction intricacies, Rawan took on the role of job captain at an Architectural Firm, gaining a comprehensive grasp of final layouts and finishes. Witnessing the actualization of designs on a construction site fueled her fascination. As her undergraduate studies progressed, Rawan’s curiosity shifted toward the construction aspect of architecture, ultimately guiding her to pursue a Master’s in Construction Management.

As a Talisen Project Manager, Rawan assumes full accountability for managing every project lifecycle phase, from the initial estimation to the final closeout. She fosters collaborative and productive relationships among Talisen’s clients, field superintendents, assistant project managers, and subcontractors, creating a unified and efficient project experience. Rawan’s systematic approach, steadfast commitment to quality, expert negotiation abilities, and keen eye for detail ensure the smooth execution and successful completion of each project.

Rawan brings motivation, adaptability, and receptivity to each project. Her exposure to architecture, structural and civil engineering has honed her skills in 3D modeling, rendering, documentation, and drafting.

Outside of work, Rawan turns to sketching to unwind and sharpen her creativity.
