Possessing a Bachelor of Architecture degree from NYIT and an M.S. in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Rawan is an accomplished Assistant Field Superintendent with a proven track record in the construction industry.

Rawan’s journey in construction commenced during her tenure at a Structural Engineering firm, where she increasingly immersed herself in the field. Her passion for managing construction sites crystallized during façade inspections. Eager to deepen her understanding of construction intricacies, Rawan took on the role of Job Captain at an Architectural Firm, gaining a comprehensive grasp of final layouts and finishes. Witnessing the actualization of designs on a construction site fueled her fascination. As her undergraduate studies progressed, Rawan’s curiosity shifted toward the construction aspect of architecture, ultimately guiding her to pursue a Master’s in Construction Management.

In her capacity as Assistant Field Superintendent, Rawan plays a crucial role in supporting the project Field Superintendent with a wide range of daily construction tasks. These responsibilities include overseeing the project’s advancement, coordinating workers and deliveries, managing paperwork and project communication, and fostering a culture that upholds Talisen’s core values within the workforce.

Rawan brings motivation, adaptability, and receptivity to each project. Her exposure to architecture, structural and civil engineering has honed her skills in 3D modeling, rendering, documentation, and drafting.

Outside of work, Rawan turns to sketching to unwind and sharpen her creativity.
