Michael Gardner

Assistant Project Manager

Michael Gardner’s journey into construction began with completing home repairs and remodeling for his father at a young age. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Michael entered the workforce. Today, he is a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager at Talisen Construction.

As a Talisen Assistant Project Manager, Michael plays a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. His responsibilities include assisting the project management team in planning, organizing, and overseeing various project components, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and resolving technical issues.

One career accomplishment Michael is particularly excited about is his work on a build Talisen completed for Meryl Diamond Ltd. Michael successfully bid out the project, got it awarded, and helped oversee the build, from coordinating in the field with Talisen’s subcontractors to planning and communicating with the architect and owner.

When he isn’t fully engaged in advancing Talisen’s construction projects, Michael enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

"I enjoy being able to see a project develop from the initial bidding phase to actually seeing it be constructed in the field. It's rewarding to observe the tangible results and see how the meticulous planning invested in our projects translates into successful outcomes."
