Michael Perinchief

In his role as Director of Preconstruction at Talisen Construction, Michael brings over 25 years of construction experience as an Estimator and Purchasing Manager. Starting as a residential builder after college, Michael soon made the transition into the commercial business, becoming an Estimator with Structure Tone.

In his capacity as Director of Preconstruction, Michael is responsible for managing vendors and the estimate phase through procurement. This includes managing bid distribution internally, assisting in project estimation, project leveling, procurement, and execution. Michael works closely with the Project Manager and our vendor network throughout the bid-phase to produce a best-in-class bid.

In his free time, Michael enjoys playing lacrosse and soccer with his children. He graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Architecture.
