David Goldman
Project Manager
David Goldman earned his Mechanical Engineering degree at Binghamton University before stepping into the construction scene on the owner’s side of things at Montefiore Medical Center, where he managed small-scale projects and learned the intricacies of project leadership under the mentorship of experienced project managers. This foundation ignited his passion for overseeing complex builds and set the stage for his transition into his current role as a Project Manager at Talisen Construction.
At Talisen, David brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence as he leads projects through each phase, from pre-construction planning to final handover. His engineering background equips him with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and the technical aspects of construction, while his hard work ensures projects are completed with precision and efficiency.
Thus far in his career, one of David’s greatest standout moments was leading the construction of the Center for Advanced Procedures at Phelps Hospital. This $16 million project included the installation of a class 3 imaging room with a cutting-edge biplane machine—one of only three in Westchester County at the time. This milestone demonstrated David’s ability to manage high-stakes, specialized projects while also affirming his reputation for delivering quality outcomes.
Outside of work, David enjoys staying active and connected through gaming, attending sporting events, and spending nights out with friends. These activities provide him with much-needed balance and a chance to unwind while enjoying the social aspect that fuels his positive, team-oriented approach.
"My favorite part about my position at Talisen Construction is witnessing the incredible transformation of ideas turning into reality. "
