Peter Greenspan

Peter Greenspan has served as WeWork’s Global Head of Real Estate since November 2018. Mr. Greenspan first joined WeWork in 2014, serving as WeWork’s first real estate lawyer and was later promoted to serve as General Counsel from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Greenspan also currently serves on the Management Committee of WeWork Capital Advisors LLC.

Prior to joining WeWork, Mr. Greenspan spent nine years at NBCUniversal serving as Vice President of Corporate & Transaction Law from 2010 to 2014, Senior Corporate & Transactions Counsel from 2007 to 2010 and Corporate Transaction Counsel from 2005 to 2007. He began his legal career as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Greenspan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from The State University of New York at Binghamton and a Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law.
