About the Job

NYC based General Contracting & Construction Management firm seeking experienced Project Manager for corporate and retail interior renovations.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Estimating – Quantitative Take-offs – Bid Proposals
• Project Management & Scheduling
• Procurement
• Project Close-Outs

Job Qualifications include:

• Excellent communication skills – written & oral
• Excellent organizational skills
• 10 years’ experience in NYC doing commercial interiors renovations
• Can manage multiple projects from Bidding to close-out
• Attention to detail
