Island Eye Surgicenter

Based on 3.5 acres of land in Westbury, Long Island, Talisen completed this out-of-ground build for Island Eye Surgicenter. As the company grew larger, they were in need of a facility that met their requirements.

In partnership with Hardaway Sziabowski Architects, Talisen outfitted this new 27,000 s.f. space with sanitation facilities, processing and administrative areas, 6 operating rooms, ultra-efficient HVAC and insulation systems, low-energy lighting, and solar panels. The space was finished off with a cozy waiting room, complete with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and custom wooden beams.
