Scope of Work
The comprehensive build of the Lower East Side health center involved meticulous planning and execution to create a functional and modern healthcare facility. Key elements of the project included:
- Full Gut Demolition: A complete demolition allowed Talisen to rebuild the reception area and other spaces from scratch, setting the tone for the entire center.
- Updated Façade & Entryway: The exterior was modernized while preserving the building’s original character, creating an inviting entrance for patients and visitors.
- Sleek Reception Area: Featuring a new slatted ceiling and frosted glass partitions, the reception area provides a sense of focus and privacy, with a multi-person desk for guest check-ins.
- State-of-the-Art Patient Exam Rooms: Eight exam rooms outfitted with the latest medical technology to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Modern Conference Room: Appointed with comfortable seating and ample natural light, the conference room is designed for efficient meetings and consultations.
- Staff Lounge & Lockers: Personal safekeeping lockers and a comfortable staff lounge with a restroom provide a pleasant work environment for the healthcare staff.
- Redesigned Administrative Areas: Administrative spaces were reconfigured to enhance workflow efficiency and staff productivity.
