Talisen Construction completed work on the fast track project of Accel Partners at their New York base office. In five weeks, Talisen completely renovated the interior of Accel Partners’ main corporate office with a modern, industrial design.

• Metal and glass partitions, exposed HVAC ductwork, fabric panels, upgraded flooring and high end finishes giving the office a sophisticated, innovative look and feel
• Adjoining tenant (Todd Street Productions) required absolute quiet during normal business hours. Still, Talisen Construction completed this award winning project within the necessary five week time frame.
•  DES Architects and Talisen Construction received a Golden Nugget Award for Best Interior Renovation.

Accel Partners and Talisen Construction partnered again for Phase II to perform an upgrading of all the metal & glass partitions and introduced additional sound absorbent ceiling clouds to provide more privacy to the partner offices.
