Mark Caltabiano

With over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, Mark has developed the utmost expertise in Health & Safety. As Field Compliance and Safety Manager, Mark is intrinsic to all aspects of project delivery, making sure that acute Health & Safety measures are always practiced by the members of Talisen Construction.  In his critical role, Mark performs jobsite observations, works with superintendents and project teams to ensure compliance policies are understood, and establishes those policies and programs that ensure workplace safety. He is responsible for deeply understanding the client requirements in construction, especially in healthcare construction.  Mark’s ability to “Lead by Example” has always been fostered by his previous experiences in a hands-on capacity for the likes of institutional clients such as Northwell Health, Mount Sinai, NY Presbyterian, Pratt Institute, and Columbia University.  Mr. Caltabiano is the foremost resource for construction Health & Safety in the New York City region and continues to create a Culture of Health & Safety excellence at Talisen Construction.
