Michael Figliolia

Mr. Figliolia originally started with Talisen as a Field Superintendent in 2013. As a highly qualified and well-respected professional with over fifteen years of experience in the construction sector, Michael brings a successful track record in construction operations and management to his role as Talisen’s Director of Construction.

In his prior role as Field Superintendent, Michael oversaw complex projects for clients like Northwell Health, Google, Pratt Institute, and NYU Langone. As Director of Construction, Michael works with Talisen’s business unit directors, project managers, and teams to manage, standardize, improve, and review Talisen’s build capabilities, ensuring each project’s standards and timeliness exceed client expectations. While maintaining longstanding relationships with Talisen’s clients and subcontractors, Michael is also tasked with a number of other crucial duties, including job site overview, strategic technical challenge resolution, build process improvement, field process quality control, and the supervision of safety, field compliance, and inventory control management.

Michael graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, coupled with a Bachelor of Technology in Facilities Management from New York City College of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys playing competitive baseball and the “field general” aspect of playing catcher.
