Daniel Lomenzo
Assistant Project Manager
Armed with a Business Administration/Management degree with a concentration in finance from the prestigious University at Buffalo, Daniel’s journey into construction began with a desire to combine his management skills and financial background with a tangible end-product. As such, he took a course to learn Construction Estimating and Project Management, which led to his first construction job as an estimator.
As Assistant Project Manager at Talisen, Daniel is in charge of various ongoing and long-term duties that are crucial to a project’s success, such as developing critical path analyses and project schedules and maintaining submittal logs, RFI’s, and change orders throughout the project. Daniel also frequently visits the job site, meeting with the client, subcontractor teams, and Talisen’s field team to review weekly task minutes and ensure each week’s agenda is efficiently executed.
Daniel’s most significant accomplishment thus far in his career was viewing the finished product at his first completed job in Chelsea. He found it truly rewarding to see his work come to life in person.
When Daniel isn’t immersed in his work, you can catch him striking chords on his guitar, soaking in the vibrant energy of local shows, and collecting vinyl.
"I love the opportunities I have to work alongside seasoned professionals and clients who share their knowledge and passion for building while being trusted with my responsibilities. It's a great environment to learn and grow professionally."
