William Payne

William graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a degree in Communications. He soon joined the construction industry by working on custom-built single- and multi-family residential projects as well as commercial projects in the greater Cleveland area.

As a Project Manager, William is responsible for the success of a project from the pre-construction phase to close-out. This includes project estimation, leveling, procurement, and execution.

As a Project Manager at Talisen Construction, William is most proud of heading nationally-recognized and award-winning LEED EnergyStar, and Net-Zero projects that highlighted energy efficiency.

In his free time, Will likes traveling with his wife. He enjoys meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and trying new foods, all while taking in what the world has to offer.
