William Paganotti
Field Superintendent
With degrees in Avionics from the Academy of Aeronautics and Estimating, Interior Design, and HVAC from NYU, William was first introduced to construction as an apprentice to a licensed electrician, whom he worked under for a total of eight years in both Staten Island and Brooklyn.
With nearly 40 years of expertise in the construction sector across a wide range of projects, William is a flexible and knowledgeable construction professional who excels in all elements of project planning, operation, and safety processes.
As Field Superintendent at Talisen, William drives projects from kickoff to completion, collaborating closely with Talisen’s project managers, clients, and subcontractors through weekly updates and project meetings to manage and harmonize daily onsite activities and deliver the final product safely, on time, and within budget.
A major career accomplishment of William’s thus far was being the lead superintendent for a project that called for the demolition of two three-story buildings and the building of two 32-story hotels in Midtown Manhattan. Both jobs, which included underpinning, excavation, and concrete and plank installation with an electric tower crane, were TCO’d in a total of fourteen months.
In his free time, William enjoys hitting the links and freshwater fishing in tranquil surroundings.
"My favorite part about my position at Talisen is working alongside kindred spirits striving for a common goal."
