As the Director of Business Development & Client Relations at Talisen, Stephanie Rudman builds crucial customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and maintains knowledge of market conditions.Stephanie collaborates with Talisen’s leadership team, operations, marketing, compliance, and vendor management members to maintain key accounts, create new opportunities, and maximize Talisen’s growth and development.
Stephanie got her start in the construction industry when her friend told her how exciting it was. Soon Stephanie joined the firm for a 3-month trial period and is still in the industry 15 years later.
In her free time Stephanie enjoys fitness: from yoga, to running, and weight training, Stephanie enjoys pushing herself to accomplish new goals.
