Business Unit Director
In his role as Business Unit Director at Talisen Construction, Patrick brings over 20 years of construction experience as a carpenter, project superintendent, and project manager. After getting his start as a laborer in the family construction business, Patrick began supervising projects in New York City after college – eventually becoming the youngest person at that firm to be promoted from supervisor to project manager.
In his capacity as Business Unit Director, Patrick is responsible for leading a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers that drive projects from the estimate phase through completion and close-out. This includes project estimation, project leveling, procurement, and execution. Patrick is responsible for overseeing the overall success of the project — interfacing with the client, assigned Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and subcontractors to ensure that the client is delighted and the successful collaboration of the entire team.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys getting outdoors and skiing, mountain-biking, and running. He graduated from St. Anselm College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
