Benard got his start in construction working as a project manager on residential new construction in Tirana, Albania, after graduating from Polytechnic University Tirana with an M.S. in Civil Engineering.
Today, Benard is a quality-focused and safety-driven construction professional with over 14 years of experience managing subcontractors to complete projects within schedule, scope, and budget. Concentrating on communication and transparency, Benard motivates multidisciplinary teams and facilitates critical client and stakeholder relationships while delivering consistently exemplary project results.
Benard’s responsibilities as Field Superintendent at Talisen include driving projects from inception to completion. In addition, he manages and coordinates daily onsite activities with the objective of delivering the final product safely, on time, and within budget.
A major career accomplishment of Benard’s was his work as a project manager of plumbing and HVAC at Nobis Complex, a multifunctional, 645,000 sq. ft. building in Albania.
Outside of work, Benard’s interests include soccer, history, archeology, and art.
