Northwell Health – Bay Shore Cardiology & STARS
With the help of TPG Architecture, LLP and Bladykas Engineering, P.C., Talisen completed this build for Northwell Health at the healthcare provider’s Bay Shore, Long Island location. The project, located at 46 Brentwood Road, called for an interior fit-out of an unoccupied core/shell and featured both Article 28 and non-Article 28 spaces, meaning one area of the space was designated to perform medical procedures by New York State’s Department of Health (D.O.H.).
The build included a cardiology suite and a location for Northwell’s STARS (Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Services), a sports medicine program dedicated to physical therapy and training.
