22 Little West 12th Street was once home to a stable after it opened in 1908, but now, it hosts many high-end boutiques and modern office spaces in NYC’s historic Meatpacking District. This 5,000 s.f. build on the ground floor features a fresh, ultramodern corporate interior.
The Build
This build also included a rework of the existing electrical systems, neatly done open ceilings, floating wood flooring, and exposed brick walls, elevator banks, and entrance.
The entire project was completed in just under two months despite strict building parameters in place to avoid disturbing the building’s occupants.
