Talisen Construction successfully executed an 8,000 square foot mixed lab and office buildout at NYU Langone Health’s east campus. Located at 550 First Avenue, the project involved the creation of a new research laboratory space and several generic laboratory buildouts for the client’s hematological oncology department.

Beyond the laboratories, Talisen conducted renovations for administrative offices and storage rooms, contributing to the overall improvement of NYU Langone’s facilities.
