Northwell Health’s Lynbrook location on Long Island required more than 100,000 s.f. of renovations as Talisen transformed a former water-treatment facility into a modern, high-end medical office facility.
Project Details
In partnership with TPG Architecture, Talisen preserved the building’s core mid-century style while applying an upgraded finishing touch, including state-of-the-art exam spaces and surgical facilities, a complete rework of the mechanical system in place, a building extension equipped with vertical transportation, and additional rear parking.
