Talisen Construction partnered with world-renowned architecture firm Perkins Eastman and NYC-based engineering firm PowerCon Associates to complete this multi-floor renovation near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan.
Scope of Work
This build called for a full demolition of the 4th, 6th, and 9th floors to make way for the many private offices, modern workstations and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout these floors.
Modern glass partitions replaced previous closed wall offices, adding an updated touch to the office areas. A reimagined library space houses artwork collected by the owners of Emigrant Bank and offers a break area to the office employees.
The space also received an updated pantry space, a new board room, and renovated elevator lobbies.
