Property giants Cushman & Wakefield gave Talisen Construction the task of overhauling more than 40,000 s.f. of corporate office space at 2 Park Avenue. The space required a complete demolition of the existing fixtures and refitting the new “White Boxes” with all-new mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems, along with custom lighting fixtures, and upgraded lobbies and elevator banks.
