Mrudhanee Sharma

Possessing a Bachelor of Architecture degree from NYIT, Mrudhanee transitioned into construction after spending five years working in architecture firms as a job captain. During that time, she realized that her understanding of the details behind the construction process was incomplete. Seeking more hands-on experience, Mrudhanee made the move into construction to deepen her knowledge of how architectural designs are executed in real-world conditions. This transition allowed her to focus on learning how different trades collaborate and how the various components of a building come together.

Driven by a desire to develop her project management skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of building components, Mrudhanee is now an Assistant Project Manager at Talisen Construction. As a Talisen APM, she regularly facilitates project kick-off meetings, manages pre-construction activities, and oversees ongoing and long-term responsibilities crucial to project success. She also visits job sites frequently, meeting with clients, subcontractors, and Talisen’s field team to ensure smooth execution of project agendas. Her attention to detail and ability to foster collaboration are vital to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of every project she oversees.

A standout achievement for Mrudhanee was successfully overseeing the lifecycle of a ground-up, mixed-use building project in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Managing it from conception through to completion, she demonstrated her ability to oversee large-scale projects, work effectively with teams, and keep timelines on track. This successful project is a testament to her skills and dedication.

Outside of work, Mrudhanee expresses her passion for creativity through painting, sketching, visiting art galleries, and exploring new exhibitions. Aside from her artistic endeavors, she is also passionate about staying active, whether it’s through tennis, hiking, or hitting the slopes for some snowboarding in the winter.
