Assistant Project Manager
Dimitri Antonopoulos’s start in construction began with a broom in his hand, working for his father’s company, as early as 15 years old. He obtained his associate degree in business administration from LIU Post before earning his construction management certificate from Columbia University.
Dimitri’s responsibilities as an Assistant Project Manager at Talisen Construction include supporting Project Managers by developing project schedules, critical path analyses, and maintaining submittal logs, RFI’s, and change orders throughout the project. He also visits the project site frequently, reviewing weekly job minutes with the client, subcontractor teams, and Talisen’s field team.
A significant accomplishment of Dimitri’s thus far in his career is having the major publications he grew up reading write about the projects he had successfully completed.
When it comes to hobbies, Dimitri enjoys an array of athletic activities from competing in soccer to mixed martial arts.
"My favorite part about my position at Talisen would be the opportunity to work alongside a remarkably talented group of people, where I am constantly learning and pushing the bar."
