As Business Unit Director for Talisen Construction, Chris offers over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include overall coordination and management of Talisen projects, from estimating to close-out. Chris is responsible for supervising and training members of the project management staff, as well as key project responsibilities such as estimating, trade coordination, logistics and safety planning. Chris supervises all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, schedules, safety, and quality control.
Prior to joining Talisen, Chris held positions as General Manager at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, managing store renovations and new store construction, as well as Director of Operations for Macy’s, operating both business and construction planning for the Kings Plaza and Fulton Street retail stores.
In his time with Talisen Construction, Chris has lead several projects to success in the corporate, medical, and education fields. The projects included high profile work for Northwell Health, Cushman & Wakefield, Taconic Management, and Cornell University.
Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from New England College. In his spare time, Chris enjoys ocean sports like swimming, surfing, boating, and fishing.
