Carolina began her career in construction as a Project Supervisor for interior renovation projects in Toronto, Canada. She enjoys managing multiple projects while providing excellent services to her clients.
In her role as Assistant Project Manager, Carolina is responsible for assisting Project Managers in developing project schedules, critical path analyses, and identifying long lead items through the bid process. She maintains submittal logs, RFI’s, and Change Orders through the duration of the project, and attends site visits periodically to review all weekly job minutes with the client, subcontractor team, and Talisen field team.
Carolina graduated from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela with a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and received her Project Management Post Graduate Certificate from Humber College in Toronto, Canada. In her free time, Carolina enjoys running and hiking.
I enjoy working alongside a team that leads projects that delight the client and value all members of the project team.
