Growing up in a family of contractors, Joseph was introduced to the world of construction at a young age. In his early teens, he followed in their footsteps, working on various job sites for nearly a decade while becoming a journeyman carpenter. Hardworking and motivated, Joseph went on to achieve degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Business Economics, leading him to a successful 23-year-long career in technology, in which he managed Fortune 100 company relationships in sales and sales management, ran marketing organizations, and ultimately, lead a major business unit at Texas Instruments. Since then, Joseph’s hardworking, motivated attitude has not diminished, and he has since dedicated his time to study new trends in construction management and sustainability while building a powerful infrastructure to grow Talisen from the ground up.
